Thainila is a digital health platform providing pregnancy tracking, health insights, and community support for mothers. The information provided is for educational purposes only and not a substitute for professional medical advice.

3. Payment Terms

Payments for premium features are processed securely through PayHere (Pvt) Ltd. All prices are in LKR unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to misuse the service or engage in any behavior that disrupts the platform or other users.

5. Cancellation Terms

Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings. Upon cancellation, access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
